Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your items are produced specifically based on your selected sizes, colors, designs, and customization details.


Quality Guarantee & Order Corrections

While returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligible issues include:

  • Printing defects

  • Manufacturing flaws

  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, or color compared to your order confirmation)

If an issue is verified, we may provide:

  • A replacement or reprint, or

  • Another reasonable resolution at our discretion

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible, and solely at our discretion.


Non-Eligible Issues

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Minor variations in print placement, ink color, or garment sizing (industry-standard for custom apparel)

  • Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or care

  • Normal wear and tear after use


Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for correction, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or error

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any order-related concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks for items that comply with our product descriptions and policies may be disputed with the payment processor and supporting documentation, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Proof of customization

  • Production records

  • This published Return & Refund Policy

Initiating a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may delay resolution.
