We’ve got your back! Since all of our products are custom-made to order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or customer-provided artwork errors.
That said, if there’s a problem caused by us — such as a print defect, damage, or incorrect item — just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
✔️ Our primary resolution is a free reprint of the affected item
✔️ Refunds are issued only if a reprint isn’t possible
